Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper use is not covered under warranty.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading) is not included in the warranty.

How to Apply for Warranty

Email us at warranty@amassurf.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

We will assess your warranty claim within 2 business days and provide further instructions.

Warranty Solutions

Once the warranty claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.
