We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AMAS. If you’re not happy with the product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

The product must be in unused condition, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Custom or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Email us at returns@amassurf.com, including your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days if it meets the return conditions.

Return & Exchange Fees

If the product has a defect or we sent the wrong item, AMAS will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
